Montclair Physical Therapy is conveniently located in a lovely, renovated Victorian at 473 34th Street, in Oakland's Pill Hill area, just 2 blocks from Summit Hospital. We are just off Telegraph Avenue at 34th Street, on the corner of 34th and Elm.

Parking:
There is high turnover street parking right outside our building as well as a large parking garage a 1/2 block away at the corner of Hawthorne Avenue and Elm Street (see map below, or click on it for larger map).

Monday thru Thursday: 7:00 am – 6:00 pm
Friday: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm
